About Jane


I have been practising yoga for 10 years and teaching for 5. Completing my initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher qualification in 2015, an additional 200 hour Yoga Therapy qualification in 2018, and Yin Yoga qualification 2019.

I am passionate about yoga and the benefits to our physical, emotional and mental well-being. My other passions include golf and photography.

Through the practice of Yoga Therapy, illnesses, diseases, and injuries are improved through a holistic approach, incorporating many different Yoga practices such as Asanas, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama Breathing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Mudras, and Visualisation.

I am also keen to introduce yoga to sports enthusiasts, especially gofers, through a personalised yoga program designed around their current fitness level to improve their all round golf fitness, functional strength, balance, flexibility and concentration.
